Is the number of entries going to go up now that it's a 70.3? It seems strange that Mooseman and Timberman both have 50 Clearwater spots even though Timberman has been about 3 times as big.
Please don't put 1800 people on the Mooseman course.

That's good to hear. I'm surprised both races have the same number of spots though. If anyone wants to go to Clearwater I guess Mooseman is the place to try.

I'm already in for both, and have been from the first day of resistration. I'm asking about the spots out of curiosity. I've done Clearwater and once was enough.
I'm still thinking about Blackfly, it was a lot of fun last year, but I want more swim.

Do you have this reversed? By my count from the participants list at ironmanmooseman.com there are (as of 3/11) 1081 registered for the 70.3, and 870 for the Int'l.

Moosey 70.3 is sold out now, and the International is about full too.
May be a change for the bike course too, switching to a 1-loop. We've been trying to do this for years, to eliminate the cross out in front of the park with runners/bikers.

Meeting with the newfound chiefs today about it. BEAUTIFUL course, and still uses almost all of the original Mooseman bike course, too.
